how does sizing work?

you can find size guides in our size chart section. we suggest measuring your pet's neck before choosing a size to guarantee the best fit. 

 

do all bandanas and bow ties come with text? 

our bandanas do not include text unless an additional text add-on is purchased with the order.

 

how do the text add-on's work?

the text add-ons are separate listings that can be purchased with any bandana. we ask you to designate which side of the bandana you would like it on to ensure that everything is exactly how you want it.  

 

can you create a custom design?
we sure can! we encourage creativity! custom phrases or designs - we do it! reach out using our contact form or directly email hello@zoopeez.com to receive a free consultation.

can i just buy text add ons?

unfortunately, we can not send you our text add ons by itself as we must transfer the vinyl on with our heat transfer. 

 

how do i care for my bandana?

our bandanas are made using the best quality cotton, so they can be gently washed in cold water using a mild detergent. stay away from harsh chemicals such as bleach and fabric softener. if your bandana has a text add on, place it inside a cotton bag before washing in the machine. the text add ons are applied using a heat transferable vinyl, therefore do not iron directly on any text add on.

what size is the tag?

our tag is a one size fits all. the measurement for the tags is:

37mm high x 30mm wide (1mm thick) 

 

what colours and fonts are available? 

our tags can be customised with a variety of fonts and bright colours to choose from! You can find the preview of the colours and fonts in the images of the product page (you may need to scroll down if on a mobile device)

 

are the tags double sided?

of course! We can add your wanted home phones or moblie numbers onto the backside along with any other information you wish!

 

do the dog tags come with a split ring?

they sure do! all tags come with a 20mm silver split ring.

i ordered the dog portrait tag now what?

simply email us hello@zoopeez.com or DM us on instagram @zoopeez and attach a front-facing image of your pet for us to design/sketch the image. once designed we will reply with a mock image before making your order.

 

how do i change the currency?

unfortunately, you can not change the currency on our website. therefore, when you go to pay the currency will continue to show in australian dollars. the currency will change once you go to pay with paypal or you will be charged via credit card in your currency. if you wish to see how much your purchase will be in your currency we highly recommend using a online currency converter. if you have any questions regarding this please dont hesitate to contact us via email at hello@zoopeez.com

 

what i ordered doesn’t fit?

due the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or refunds on any bandana purchases. for this reason it is important that you accurately measure your dog and check our sizing guide. please contact us at hello@zoopeez.com if you need help to get your pup the correct size.

 

do you ship to my country?

we ship all around the world! check out shipping page for more information.

 

my order hasn't arrived yet?

you can check your estimated time of arrival here.  zoopeez is not responsible for items lost in the post as unfortunately, this is out of our control. orders posted within australia typically arrive within a week, and orders posted outside of australia typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, but can take more depending on location and customs. we highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option to avoid this issue.

 

i want to cancel my order?

after 24 hours following your newly placed order, your order may not be canceled, as it is most likely already in production. if you wish to cancel an order, please email as soon as possible to hello@zoopeez.com

 

can i get a refund or return my order?

everything in our store is made to order, due to this we are not able to offer exchanges, returns and refunds but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective or a name is spelt incorrectly, we cannot accept returns. if your item has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us at contact us at hello@zoopeez.com stating your order number and a description of your concern. 

 

 

it is important that you measure your dog's neck and compare it to the size chart, we will not accept exchanges or returns for personalized items.
